The Packaging Associate will collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth material movements and accurate data management. Key tasks include monitoring label inventory, managing label destruction, and supporting temperature excursion processes.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and possess strong collaboration skills. An eagerness to learn new computer systems and a background in science or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm (occasional overtime) We are seeking a detail-oriented & proactive team member to support key supply chain operations in collaboration with external vendors & internal systems. This role is integral to ensuring smooth material movements, accurate data management, & effective label inventory control. Looking for a candidate that: Have an eagerness to learn & adapt to new computer systems. Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on meeting shared goals and deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks & manage urgent issues effectively. High attention to detail & accuracy. Capability to work independently within established workflows. Flexibility to work both remotely & on-site A background in science, pharmaceutical, clinical trial experience/education a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities: Bachelor’s Degree or higher Collaborate with external vendors and Collaboration Partners (CPs) to verify qualifications. Monitor bulk label stock inventory and initiate reorders as needed. Manage decommissioning and destruction of labels. Enter data into the deviation management system to address HUB carrier shipment issues. Support temperature excursion (deviation) processes for designated CPs. Coordinate material movements across systems & teams. Provide systems support for Trackwise, SAP, eCTS, ATLAS, and QualDocs.
