Role Overview: As the Head of Business Development for Media & Entertainment, you will spearhead growth initiatives and strategic partnerships that drive the expansion of Keywords Studios' presence in the media and entertainment sectors. Your role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the media and entertainment markets. - You will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with content creators, distributors, and streaming platforms. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with company growth objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor service offerings to client needs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will represent Keywords Studios at industry events and conferences to build brand presence. - You will manage and mentor a team of business development professionals. - You will report on business development performance and provide insights to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within media, entertainment, or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and partnerships. - Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry landscape. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious targets. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
