What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the media and entertainment markets. - You will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with content creators, distributors, and streaming platforms. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with company growth objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will mentor and manage a team of business development professionals to enhance performance. - You will represent Keywords Studios at industry events and conferences to build brand presence. - You will report on business development metrics and provide insights to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within media, entertainment, or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and managing complex negotiations. - Strong understanding of the media and entertainment landscape, including digital content distribution and streaming platforms. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading diverse teams. - Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within the video games industry or with gaming content. - Established network of contacts in media, entertainment, and streaming sectors. - Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AR/VR and their applications in media. - MBA or relevant advanced degree.
