Your role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth aligned with our company’s vision. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the media and entertainment markets. - You will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with content creators, distributors, and streaming platforms. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with company goals and client needs. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor service offerings that meet evolving industry demands. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders. - You will represent Keywords Studios at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will mentor and guide a team of business development professionals to achieve targets. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within media, entertainment, or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and partnerships. - Strong understanding of the media and entertainment landscape, including digital distribution and streaming platforms. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with video game industry clients or services. - Established network within media and entertainment industries. - Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AR/VR or AI in media. - MBA or relevant advanced degree.
