Your role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute business development strategies tailored to the media and entertainment markets. - You will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with content creators, distributors, and streaming platforms. - You will lead negotiations and close deals that align with company growth objectives. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor service offerings to client needs. - You will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will represent Keywords Studios at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness. - You will manage and mentor a team of business development professionals. - You will report on business development performance and provide insights to senior leadership. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within media, entertainment, or related technology sectors. - Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and partnerships. - Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry landscape. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious targets. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
