Responsibilities We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and orchestrate Keysight’s Global Service Program delivery—providing calibration and repair coverage for customer’s test & measurement equipment. You will serve as the single point of contact for all Program activities, ensuring service execution against defined deliverables, turnaround-time targets, and quality standards across multiple countries and service centers. Specific Duties Include • Serve as the customer's single point of contact for all Keysight resources related to the Program, coordinating Work Orders (WOs) and verifying coverage prior to service initiation. • Create and manage Work Orders (WOs), liaising with service centers and logistics owners to resolve calibration or repair issues promptly. • Manage delivery of Return-to-Keysight (RTK) calibration and repair services, ensuring adherence to country-specific availability and service scope. • Track and report Turnaround Time (TAT) performance and drive continuous improvement when variances occur. • Coordinate Change Requests (CRs) for additions/transfers/substitutions of equipment; assess impacts on scope, schedule, and pricing, and secure approvals. • Maintain alignment with Service Conditions, coverage hours, and service limitations; proactively communicate risks and mitigations. • Partner with country entities to ensure consistent service execution (calibration, repair, logistics) and compliance with local processes and currencies where applicable. • Monitor invoice and PO alignment per Statement Of Work (SOW); support monthly advance billing cadence and Net payment terms. • Drive stakeholder communication, issue escalation, and root-cause actions across engineering, service centers, logistics, and account management. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of program/project management in test & measurement services, calibration, repair or related technical operations.. • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and Windows OS; experience with web-based CSM/order systems and database management. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of contract requirements and ability to document processes, create work instructions, and analyze data. • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to handle interruptions while maintaining responsiveness. • Must be a U.S. Person and pass background checks.
