A mid-level Hardware Engineering Program Manager to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in enterprise domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in design, development and debugging cutting edge Hardware. Technical Skills: • n excellent HW Engineer with strong experience in HW Design, Development and Debugging • Project and Program Managing Experience • Great communication skill and able to work little or no supervision. • Knowledge of HPE ProLiant Servers and other HPE Firmware, Enterprise Applications Process Skills: • Capable of Design, Develop and Debug HPE hardware as per defined process • Understand the Priority, Urgency and Managing Customer Expectations • bility to duplicate, debug, resolve customer reported issues in a very high paced environment. Behavioral Skills: • Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction • Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. Qualification: • Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in Hardware design and 3+ Years in Project Management. • Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, M. Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
