We are seeking an IAM Business Analyst to join our Delivery Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access across a complex enterprise environment, with a focus on access reviews, onboarding with SailPoint, and broader IAM governance. This role will ensure that appropriate access controls are maintained for both integrated and non-integrated applications while adhering to security policies, compliance standards, and best practices. Location: Canada, Remote Employment Type: Contract up to 12 months or Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and support manual and automated access provisioning and de-provisioning requests across various systems and applications. • Drive and manage access review processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. • Execute onboarding activities with SailPoint, ensuring applications are integrated effectively into IAM workflows. • Ensure adherence to IAM policies, standards, and procedures during request handling. • Perform account reviews, validation, and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy. • Collaborate with application and system owners to troubleshoot access issues. • Maintain proper documentation of completed service requests and manual tasks. • Support and help lead periodic access certification campaigns by preparing data extracts, validating responses, and providing analysis. • Escalate complex or high-risk requests to senior IAM engineers or managers when necessary. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes, onboarding standards, and workflow REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 4–6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management with a focus on governance, compliance, and lifecycle management. • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (access reviews, certifications, onboarding, and integrations). • Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and Exchange. • Solid understanding of IAM and security principles (least privilege, role-based access, segregation of duties). • Proven experience handling manual and automated provisioning/deprovisioning at scale. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously. #LI-RR1 Why KeyData Cyber?
