Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 The Community Banking Business Enablement Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Community Banking – to engage, educate, and empower financial confidence and well-being in our communities. Reporting to the Community Banking Business Enablement Manager, this role supports strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across the organization. Essential Job Functions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and align with strategic goals. • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and emerging opportunities. • Develop and maintain business enablement tools such as dashboards, scorecards, playbooks, and SharePoint resources. • Prepare presentations and materials for business reviews and ad hoc requests. • Ensure compliance with all KeyBank policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (required). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role. • Demonstrated passion for community impact, curiosity for learning new skills and tools, and a commitment to delivering client-centered solutions. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau (preferred). Compensation And Benefits This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
