We are Keya Medical, a global MedTech company backed by top healthcare investors, leveraging cutting-edge AI to redefine cardiovascular imaging and transform non-invasive cardiac diagnostics. As we accelerate our USA expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Regional Director Sales to lead the growth and management of our medical device distribution network across key USA markets. If you're passionate about bringing life-changing technology to patients and have a proven track record in USA medical device distribution, we’d love to talk to you. 🌟 What You'll Do: - Drive the sales of Keyamedical technologies to new customers, including identifying potential clients, providing quotations, and facilitating the closure of new business deals. - Be responsible for managing the sales process of Keyamedical'sket. - Introduce Keyamedical's meetings with existing anKeyamedical'sustomers. - Introduce Keyamedical'sing the sales process of Keyamedical's entry into new centers. - Establish and maintain relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiologists, radiologists, referring physicians, and other key clinical stakeholders (as well as other key decision-makers) to promote business development. - Introduce Keyamedical's value proposition to customers through demonstrations and communications with key decision-makers. - Promote the penetration of Keyamedical technologies among existing customers: - Maintain and develop relationships with referring physicians and other key clinical stakeholders to drive business growth with existing customers. - Be responsible for achieving sales targets. ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have: • Proven sales skills and sales achievements. • Have cardiovascular resources in places such as Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. • Sales experience in the field of cardiology (experience in radiology is preferred). • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing launch plans for new diagnostic or therapeutic areas. • In-depth understanding of cardiovascular diseases and established relationships with relevant practitioners within the assigned region. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge and experience in educating physicians about new technologies. • Knowledge and experience in developing tactical sales plans for Keyamedical technology segmentation and expected adoption. • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. • Record of winning and driving revenue. • Technical ability to discuss and explain complex technologies. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
