Solutions Operations Lead with experience managing the operational processes, including help desk and training, of the proposed solution. Sacramento, CA Duration: Long term ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Solutions Operations Lead Responsible for 24/7 operations and technical support. Maintain the solution at contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) levels and provide SLA Reports. • Manage the development and approval of the Maintenance and Operations (M&O) Plan. • Manage processes and communications as defined in the M&O Plan. • Maintain adequate staffing levels to support the solution. • Ensures the overall integrity and security posture of the system as defined in the M&O Plan. • Perform other duties as required. Solution Operations Lead Mandatory Experience • A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing the operational processes, including help desk and training, of the proposed solution. • A minimum of three (3) years of experience training and leading the client operations team in knowledge transfer and management of business rules. • A minimum of two (2) years of knowledge and experience with public health in the public sector. • A minimum of five (5) years of experience of leading geographically distributed teams. • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing IT operations for a large IT system valued at $5,000,000 or more. Desirable Experience: • One (1) to three (3) years of experience as the Solution Operations Lead implementing or maintaining a public sector system.
