Business Systems Analyst with HL7 or FHIR standards & // Rhapsody Integration Engine /(776597) Boise, ID Duration: Long term Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Rhapsody Integration Engine, including interface development, message transformation, and troubleshooting Required 3 Years SQL Development and troubleshooting Required 2 Years HL7 or FHIR standards Required 2 Years Requirements Analysis Interpreting user needs and translating them into functional specifications Required 3 Years Critical Thinking Evaluating complex problems to identify effective solutions Required 3 Years Process Optimization Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to workflows or systems Required 3 Years IIS Configuration/Management Highly desired 1 Years Windows Server Administration Highly desired 1 Years Experience with Oracle Highly desired 1 Years Knowledge of NBS/NEDSS system and workflows Highly desired 1 Years Understanding of public health messaging vocabularies and clinical coding systems such as LOINC, SNOMED, and ICD-10-CM Highly desired 1 Years Questions Description Question 1 Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence.
