Job Overview: As the Sales Analyst/ Coordinator for the Target Sales team, you will work closely with the National Account Executives (NAEs), Director of Sales and cross-functional team members to grow and manage this critical account. You will support sales efforts across a range of responsibilities, including monthly priority entry and systems maintenance, new item set-ups, ensuring store/bottler ties and management within Target’s POL system, manage speed to market submissions as well as work in conjunction with the Sr. Sales Analyst in support of point-of-sale and inventory analysis, ad hoc analysis, and new item performance tracking. This role will serve as the main point of contact for Target’s Sr. Merchandising Specialist. You will also develop an in-depth knowledge of channel-specific selling, route-to-market, trade promotion, financial planning activities, and sales/inventory forecasting to deliver key insights and help the team make informed business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a keen interest in learning about the business, the ability to manage across numerous areas of responsibility, and the ability to cultivate strong working relationships. This role will be based in our Minneapolis, Minnesota office. Primary Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for Target’s Sr. Merchandising Specialist • Customer-facing responsibilities include item set-up (ICT, Launchpad, IMN, POG.Studio), Cost Management (ICM), Vendor of Record (VOR) and Store Tie management • Process ownership of monthly KDP priority entries and maintenance in Oracle helping ensure DSD field teams have accurate information to support all ongoing selling priorities • Process ownership of Speed to Market (STM) submissions • Assist Sr Sales Analyst with weekly POS reports, new item tracking, inventory analysis and other ad hoc analysis Total Rewards: • Salary range: $62,500 - $75,000 • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred • 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Highly proficient in using MS Office products such as PowerPoint Word and Microsoft Excel • Target systems experience preferred (ICT, Launchpad, IMN, etc). • Strong track record of delivering/exceeding results in a professional setting • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy • Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results Company Overview: Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
