This role is responsible for delivering owned category strategy, P&L management, and in-market results focused on key growth categories including proteins, sauces, and sides. This position will build, coordinate, and execute strategic and tactical commercial plans across innovation and business continuity aligned with growth agenda. Candidate will lead cross-functional teams to identify strategic, data-backed growth opportunities grounded in internal and competitive market analyses, drive new product launches, build compelling sales stories, and manage the product life-cycles of their portfolio. With support from the Sales & Marketing Analyst, the Product Line Manager is expected to be highly hands-on with data and lead the strategic decision-making for their product line. Key Responsibilities Product Line Ownership Strategic category planning driving transformational growth across channels including Consumer and Foodservice. Drive portfolio excellence including assortment tracking, lifecycle management, and optimization of core, innovation, and seasonal/limited-time offerings. Innovation & Launch Leadership Deliver innovation pipeline from insight-to-launch for assigned product lines; collaborates closely with commercial functions to deliver innovation agenda including Culinary, Sales, and Commercialization. Responsible for leading launch strategies that drive excitement behind the initiatives and sell them Develops briefs for integrated communications, creative, branding/design, and market Insights & Data Analytics Analyze business performance to identify and prioritize growth initiatives based on consumer/ customer, brand/category, research, and landscape analysis. Go beyond reporting, interpret data to uncover the “why" and “so what” behind business Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Analyst for additional data mining, while remaining accountable for full analysis and strategic implications. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the internal subject matter expert for assigned product lines, driving strategy through market insights, competitive intelligence, and culinary trends. Partner across teams to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and business Commercial Strategy & Enablement Lead product line pricing strategy to balance growth and Partner with Sales and Marketing to create customer-facing messaging, launch assets, and training that enable commercial success. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related 5–7 years of experience in product line management, brand management, or strategic Strong understanding of food industry trends and customer needs; CPG or Foodservice experience Skilled in leveraging data and insights to shape strategy and Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects from concept to Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior Demonstrated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; problem Working Conditions Remote position Less than 10% travel expected for events or meetings Qualifications:
