Manage and grow partner relationships through recruitment, enablement, and cross-functional coordination to drive business outcomes.
2-4 years of partnerships experience in B2B SaaS with strong organizational and communication skills.
About this Role We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to help build and run our partner channel. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the structured hustle of partnerships work and wants ownership in a growing program. You’ll recruit, onboard, and grow consultancy, agency, and reseller partners, balancing relationship management with execution across enablement, QBRs, and internal coordination. You’ll serve as the day-to-day owner of partner relationships, working closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and impact as the ecosystem scales. This is a remote role within the United States, with preference for candidates based in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL. What You'll Do: • Recruit, onboard, and manage agency, consultancy, and reseller partners • Activate and re‑engage underperforming or dormant partners through enablement and clear GTM motions • Build partner segmentation, tiering, and engagement plans tied to business outcomes • Create and execute co‑selling and co‑marketing initiatives such as referrals, events, content, and joint pipeline efforts • Own partner cadence including onboarding, enablement sessions, ongoing check‑ins, and QBRs • Track partner performance, engagement, and pipeline contribution and recommend actions to improve results • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to support partners and remove blockers • Support partner agreements, renewals, and operational workflows • Maintain clean partner data, activity tracking, and follow‑ups in CRM or partner tooling Ideal Candidate • 2 to 4 years of experience in partnerships, channel, alliances, partner sales, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS • Hands‑on experience working with agency, consultancy, or reseller partners • Demonstrated ability to activate partners, not just manage relationships • Experience supporting co‑sell or joint go‑to‑market motions tied to pipeline or revenue • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners in parallel • Comfort working cross‑functionally with Sales and Marketing teams • Clear communicator who can run partner calls, enablement sessions, and business reviews Bonus Skills: • Experience in privacy, consent management, data governance, security, or compliance‑adjacent SaaS • Exposure to building or scaling an early‑stage partner program • Familiarity with partner CRM or partner management tooling Location & Compensation • Preference for candidates based in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL (Open to Remote in United States) • Base salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 plus equity and benefits
