Role Overview We’re hiring a Key Account Manager to expand Kesin Pharma’s presence within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) and key hospital accounts, with a primary focus on the Western U.S. This role is all about building awareness of our portfolio, capturing market intelligence, and driving sales to strengthen our growth strategy. About Kesin Pharma Kesin Pharma is a fast-growing generics and repackaging company helping hospitals and health systems operate more efficiently. Our portfolio of unit-dose and bulk medications is built to meet the daily needs of hospital pharmacy operations while ensuring quality and reliability. What You'll Do: Duties · Educate pharmacy and supply chain leaders on Kesin’s portfolio. · Drive sales within IDNs and hospital accounts through consistent engagement. · Build and maintain strong relationships across pharmacy and supply chain teams. · Capture and share market insights to inform strategy. · Represent Kesin at meetings, events, and industry conferences. · Align with the National Sales Director to execute account growth plans. The Ideal Candidate: Qualifications · Has 2+ years of experience selling into hospital pharmacies, with prior exposure to unit-dose products a strong plus. · Understands hospital pharmacy operations and IDN dynamics. · Has existing relationships at the buyer and director level within pharmacy. · Is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. · Comfortable traveling (10–20%) for customer engagement. What We Offer · Total compensation range of $100,000–$130,000 (base + commission), depending on performance and experience. High performers may have potential to exceed this range. · Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k). · A growth environment with upward mobility for high performers.
