Full Description

We are seeking a Marketing & Operations Manager to work in-person from our Nashville office alongside our leadership, sales, and production team. This is a full-time position for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a strong interest in the entertainment and live events industry. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish, and enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything running smoothly. If you’re equal parts creative and organized, can anticipate needs before being asked, and enjoy balancing structure with flexibility, this could be the perfect fit. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills and an innate sense of follow-through. You’re someone who thrives on connection, whether it’s supporting a client, coordinating with an artist, or helping leadership move big ideas forward. You’d be great at this job if you: • Are naturally warm, confident, and steady under pressure • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same • Communicate clearly and comfortably with executives, clients, artists, vendors, and teammates • Are emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and adapt your tone to fit the situation • Anticipate needs before being asked and take initiative without needing micromanagement • Are highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning and navigating digital tools • Balance creativity with strong structure and follow-through • Have a positive, can-do attitude and pride yourself on accuracy and reliability • Love organization, checklists, and bringing ideas to life through collaboration What you’ll be doing: • Directly supporting the CEO and Managing Partner by providing administrative assistance • Managing client and artist relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact from post-booking through event completion • Writing contracts and implementing day-to-day operations for leadership to ensure smooth internal and client workflows • Overseeing daily processes, ensuring all show details and paperwork are tracked and organized • Leading company marketing execution, including social media strategy, scheduling and posting • Creating and managing email campaigns and marketing lists • Updating the company website and artist roster as needed • Maintaining brand consistency across all channels • Designing quick, on-brand marketing collateral in Canva or similar tools • Supporting the sales team with proposals, research, and client follow-up • Coordinating calendars, meetings, and advancing logistics for events and shows • Working cross-functionally between leadership, sales, production, and operations to keep all moving parts aligned • Communicating professionally and confidently with clients, artists, and vendor teams • Representing the company in all interactions — protecting relationships and reputation Desired Skills and Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in entertainment, live events, or luxury client service • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail • Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital tools • Experience working directly with artists, managers, and production vendors • Background in marketing, client communication, or project coordination • Experience in or exposure to entertainment, live events, or client services is a plus • Familiarity with advancing, logistics, and production terminology • Ability to create content or collateral in Canva or similar platforms • A calm, confident problem-solver who can shift seamlessly between creative, operational, and client-facing tasks Compensation: It’s a full-time, in-office position (four days per week after a 90-day probationary period) based in Nashville. The position offers a salary range of $50,000–$55,000 annually, DOE with health insurance option after a 90 day intro period - and a retirement plan available after one year of employment.
