Role reports to: Director of Social Commerce Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Fully Remote What you will do As a TikTok Shop Associate Manager, you will execute and manage online and digital marketing programs, including search optimization, affiliate marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic and generate sales. You’ll develop and implement promotional campaigns, analyze program effectiveness, and collaborate with the corporate marketing team to enhance current initiatives and create new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities • Executes online and digital marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social networking, and viral marketing to create “buzz,” drive traffic and generate sales • Gathers and translates ideas into profitable, promotional marketing campaigns. Administers and executes online promotions • Conducts analysis for program effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all programs • Works with corporate marketing team to maximize existing marketing initiatives and develop new ones What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status) • Current Graduate student completing their MBA (concentration in Brand Management or Marketing is preferred) with intended graduation in 2026 • Availability to start in July of 2026 Desired Qualifications • 3-6 months of previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) internship experience is highly preferred • You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others • Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required • Digital marketing experience is an asset • Budget management and forecasting experience What’s in it for you • Competitive Benefit Package* • Paid Company Holidays • Learning & Development Opportunities • Kenvuer Impact Networks • This list could vary based on location/region • Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
