Key Responsibilities • Lead our Global University Hiring community of practice, bringing insights, tools and strategy to a consistent Kenvue University hire experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions to enhance Kenvue’s presence on campuses. • Collaborate with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to promote recruitment initiatives. • Design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent from universities. • Organize and participate in career fairs, workshops, and networking events to engage potential candidates. • Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform strategy and improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to university recruiting and early talent pipeline. • Develop and enhance onboarding programs that provide a seamless transition for new hires from university settings. • Create engaging orientation experiences that align with Kenvue’s culture and values. • Manage and implement strategies for early career talent acceleration, including mentorship and professional development programs. • Design tailored career paths that support skill enhancement and long-term growth for early career employees. • Work closely with internal teams, including HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders, to align early talent initiatives with organizational goals. • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment and development practices. • Act as an ambassador for Kenvue, effectively communicating the company’s mission, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. • Lead initiatives that promote Kenvue’s brand within academic communities and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.
