Role reports to: Sr Director Ops Digital Products Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Director, Operations Digital Products is a key leadership role within the Kenvue Operations Digital Transformation Office organization. This role will focus on enabling data-driven decision-making across key Supply Chain Operations domains – Procurement, Make, Sustainability, Strategy and trade compliance. This role leads a team of digital product owners and analysts to deliver analytics products and front-end consumption layers that embed seamlessly into business workflows. The team, under this leader, will partner closely with business stakeholders to build roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that solutions drive measurable operational impact for the said domains. Key Responsibilities: Business Engagement & Strategy • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across Operations • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and business cases • Deeply understand business processes and business strategy and find opportunities to generate incremental value through digital capabilities and solutions Product Roadmap & Development • Define and manage multi-year roadmaps for data and digital products that support operational excellence and innovation • Identify products that would need investment tying it to a three-year operating plan • Define modules and features which would meet specific business requirements/outcomes • Align with operational leadership on expected timing to ensure investments and efforts planned are in sync • Partner with cross-functional development teams to build, test, and deploy scalable analytics and digital solutions • Ensure seamless integration of digital capabilities into workflows and processes Reusable Data Products • Lead the design and delivery of reusable data assets that support analytics, automation, and decision-making across the enterprise • Partner with functions and regions for training and adoption of the tool; plan enhancements and changes to improve adoption and/or value realized • Champion data quality, governance, and lifecycle management to ensure reliability and reusability Leadership & Governance • Build and lead a high-performing team of product owners and business analysts • Establish governance frameworks to oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring structured processes for product initiation, development, deployment, and retirement • Drive continuous improvement in product management methodologies What we are looking for Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within a related industry • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data and digital transformation (e.g., data analytics, digital product development, etc.) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain • Strong digital and data acumen • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Proven track record of leading successful product launches • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results • Demonstrated experience applying Design Thinking principles (e.g., user empathy, iterative prototyping) to deliver impactful solutions Desired Qualifications: • Master of Business Administration (MBA), master’s degree and/or PhD in a relevant field is strongly preferred • Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, CSPO, etc.) is preferred • Experience working with Microsoft Azure stack is preferred • Experience in utilizing Design Thinking approaches to inform product What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $183,175.00 - $258,600.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors. • Competitive Benefit Package* • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More! • Learning & Development Opportunities • Kenvuer Impact Networks • This list could vary based on location/region • Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
