The Opportunity You will own operational performance across our investigations division with a strong focus on: • Financial efficiency • Capacity planning • Margin protection • Workflow optimization • Scalable systems This role is ideal for someone who has helped scale a service-based organization and understands how operational decisions impact profitability. What You Will Own • Workload forecasting and capacity modeling across investigators and contractors • Revenue-to-labor ratio monitoring and optimization • Bottleneck identification tied to cost impact • Process standardization and documentation • KPI dashboard development and operational reporting • Cross-functional alignment with finance and leadership • Implementation of scalable workflows and automation opportunities • Coaching team leads on productivity and performance metrics You will operate at the intersection of operations and financial performance. What Success Looks Like • Improved labor-to-revenue ratios • Reduced rework and quality costs • Clear operational dashboards leadership can rely on • Predictable throughput and deadline adherence • Scalable processes that support revenue growth without linear headcount increases Must-Have Experience • 5+ years in operations leadership within a service-based or regulated business • Strong financial acumen, including margin analysis and cost control • Experience scaling teams, systems, or multi-location operations • Demonstrated success improving operational KPIs • Comfort working with revenue, forecasting, and budget visibility • Ability to implement structure in growing organizations Experience in SaaS-enabled services, fintech, compliance operations, BPO, or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.
