SUMMARY As the Financial Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Support the company’s GHG emissions accounting, reporting and reduction efforts • Establish system for tracking sustainability performance metrics and reporting results to internal leadership • Track compliance with all applicable environmental and sustainability regulations • Collaborate with and influence business partners at all levels through data driven analytics and insights • Perform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business • Standardize and automate business processes, align sustainability reporting to changing business needs • Other responsibilities as assigned Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI • Ability to solve problems and navigate complexity in a fast-paced environment • Ability to take ownership, interact with all levels, set objectives, and drive results • Ability to communicate effectively, with developed business acumen and strategic thinking • Excellent problem-solving and modeling skills The salary for this position is determined by a combination of experience, skills, and education level. The compensation range is $65k-75K annually.
