About the Role: We’re looking for a strong Service Writer who also brings leadership or management experience to the table. Someone who can handle customers, keep the workflow tight, support techs, and step up as a leader in the shop when needed. This role is perfect for someone who has been a Service Writer but has also supervised staff, managed operations, or taken on team-lead responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Write repair orders, communicate with customers, and provide accurate estimates • Manage daily workflow between techs, parts, and front office • Maintain shop productivity, timelines, and quality standards • Assist with onboarding, training, or leading staff when needed • Handle light administrative duties and scheduling • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business Requirements: • 2+ years Service Writer experience • Previous management or team-lead experience strongly preferred • Strong communication & customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment • Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes What We Offer: • Competitive weekly pay + Commission • A stable, growing shop with opportunity for advancement • Supportive leadership and a solid team environment
