JSC supports our clients in the areas of anhydrous ammonia refrigeration, including process safety, mechanical integrity, engineering, and all EHS regulatory matters. We are seeking a motivated Project Manager who has extensive background in Process Safety Management (PSM). This is an excellent career opportunity to work with experts on challenging safety and risk management projects for a myriad of industries and clients. JS Compliance PMs are responsible for assisting clients in managing their regulatory programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal occupational and environmental safety regulations. This position will travel up to 50%. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 10+ years of experience in OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM), with a proven track record of compliance and implementation. In-depth knowledge of anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems, including operational and safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to lead and document comprehensive Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs). Skilled in conducting thorough compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Capable of creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to anhydrous ammonia refrigeration systems. Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards of performance and integrity. Courteous, respectful, and approachable in all professional interactions. Works effectively with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and seamless client support. Able to climb ladders and access elevated areas as required for inspections or system evaluations. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey technical information clearly and effectively. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and various web-based applications relevant to documentation and reporting. Ability to travel up to 50%.
