Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Software Engineer-SMTS to join their team! This position is located Remote - Texas. Duties: • Build and enhance a next-generation LWC application to manage large-scale data dictionaries • Develop scalable, reusable LWC, Apex, and JavaScript components • Create tools and automation to streamline data and metadata management • Maintain secure access models, metadata repositories, and integration workflows • Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Data teams to support platform initiatives and optimize metadata during migrations • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and overall engineering best practices Desired Skills/Experience: • 4+ years of relevant experience in development and platform engineering • Proficient in development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex • Proficient in Java with strong coding and problem-solving abilities • Deep understanding of data models, including objects, fields, field types, and junction objects • Strong knowledge of large-scale data structures and data management, including creating scalable and efficient solutions • Demonstrated ability to develop reusable code frameworks and technical documentation for long-term maintainability • Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions Benefits: • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans • Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) • 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
