Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate with receiving, production, warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams. ? What You’ll Do Lead routine and complex inspections at all stages of production (startup, changeovers, ongoing). Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective actions to eliminate root causes. Maintain, calibrate, and document lab equipment in coordination with internal teams and third-party services. Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for outgoing products. Manage retained sample systems and lab inventory, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Support product R&D testing and assist in implementing quality system documentation and improvements. Authorize the release of packaging work orders and verify product specs for finished goods. Practice continuous improvement using PDCA and Risk Management principles. Help maintain compliance with internal policies, safety procedures, and customer requirements. ? What You Bring Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). Experience: Previous experience in quality inspection or lab testing in a manufacturing or production environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of measurements, weights, and tolerances Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours Familiarity with dimensional gauges and calibration standards Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability SAP or similar ERP experience is a plus Lab or R&D experience is a strong advantage 9972359
