Order Picker / Material Handler (Metal Warehouse) – 2nd Shift – Carrollton, TX Pay: $19.00–$25.00/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM (or until work is done) Hours: Currently 10+ hour days and Saturdays as needed (50+ hours/week) up to 12 hours a day Environment: Fast-paced, heavy lifting, non-climate-controlled metal warehouse Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Our client, a well-established metal products company, is seeking an experienced Order Picker / Material Handler for their 2nd shift in Carrollton, TX. This role is physically demanding and requires working in a high-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Pick and stage feedstock for fulfillment orders • Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders • Package material to meet customer requirements • Operate sit-down or side loader forklift to move materials • Complete paperwork and SAP work order confirmations for shipping/receiving • Maintain productivity for finished goods creation Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of similar job experience preferred • Prior metal warehouse, steel service center, or similar industrial warehouse experience preferred • Ability to pass skills-based assessment (reading, math, inspection, attention to detail, problem-solving) • Basic math and computer skills • Comfortable with extended hours, Saturday work, and physical labor • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled metal warehouse 9995630
