Kelly’s, Services Procurement Supervisor manages day-to-day transactions and/or MSP services procurement space, has accountability for the performance and results of a team of up to 3 team members, adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions and problem solving are guided by policies, procedures and department plan; receives guidance from manager. • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience. • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, aligning with organizational objectives. • Oversee the implementation of supply chain technologies and systems to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals and financial targets. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement. • Manage budgets for supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial accountability. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain team, promoting best practices and industry standards. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: • 3+ Years of experience in services procurement, supply chain, or similar role • Advanced proficiency in or knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, for managing supply chain operations. • Knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract management software, such as Coupa or Ariba, for vendor management and procurement. Base pay range for this position is $61,575– $82,100 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
