What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You’ll be: • Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, which may be non-routine and require deviation from standard procedures. • Performing research as needed to resolve inquiries and ensuring effective customer relations through timely responses to various forms of communication. • Documenting inquiries accurately and coordinating with other departments to resolve problems, while also assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.
