Job Title: Order Picker operators (Raymond 5500 or similar) Location: Austell, GA 30168 Pay Rate: $19/hour Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Overtime expected, including Saturdays) Steel-toe boots that cover the ankle are required. Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Order Picker operators (Raymond 5500 or similar) for high-volume warehouse operations. Responsibilities include picking orders at height, operating safely with harness, and meeting productivity goals. Must have prior order picker experience and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: • Operate forklifts Order Picker operators (Raymond 5500 or similar) to move and organize materials. • Pack materials efficiently and accurately to meet production goals. • Verify quantities, materials, and locations for order accuracy. • Maintain inventory using RF scanners and basic computer systems. • Follow all safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed boots. Qualifications: • Forklift experience required. • Reliable transportation for consistent attendance. • MUST have basic computer skills for order tracking. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. • Excellent attendance record. Safety Requirements for Order Picker Forklift: • Wear a safety harness and tether when elevated. • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols. • Maintain three points of contact when ascending/descending. • Operate at safe speeds and avoid sudden movements. • Ensure clear communication in high-traffic aisles.
