Job Title: Call Center Representative (Remote – Local to Collierville, TN) Location: Remote (Must live in or be local to Collierville, TN) Assignment Length: 11-Month Contract Payrate: $26.00 an hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for an 11-month remote assignment. Candidates must reside in or near Collierville, TN. This role requires handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing support related to payroll inquiries. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and manage 150+ inbound calls per day • Assist employees with payroll-related questions, including: • W-2 forms • Paystubs • Payroll checks • Provide accurate and professional customer service • Document calls and resolutions thoroughly • Use internal systems to research and resolve inquiries Qualifications: • Minimum of 2+ years of call center experience (required) • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (preferred) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment • Reliable and professional phone presence Technical Requirements: • Must have reliable high-speed internet • Must be able to connect modem directly to the computer (no Wi-Fi) Equipment Requirements: • Company equipment will be provided • Candidate must be able to pick up equipment at the Collierville office site Apply today and help drive the mission.
