The Agent Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting real estate agents and office operations by managing administrative functions, coordinating schedules, handling client communications, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves onboarding new agents, ensuring compliance with company processes, and providing general guidance and resources to enhance agent productivity. You will also coordinate events, and manage our no-cost Real Estate School Qualifications • Proficiency in administrative tasks, scheduling, and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with agents and clients • Familiarity with real estate operations, customer service practices, and compliance requirements • Proficiency in basic technological tools including office software and data management systems • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is advantageous
