We're committed to delivering a thoughtful, high-touch experience to every client while keeping our operations and marketing systems running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Coordinator to own our backend processes, client communication, and transaction flow—from contract to close and beyond. What You'll Do • Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close • Schedule photography and coordinate sign installation • Input and maintain listings in the MLS (accuracy, updates, compliance) • Manage and clean our Follow Up Boss CRM • Collect and manage Google reviews and testimonials • Prepare and schedule social media posts, newsletters, and postcards • Maintain and update our team website • Plan and assist with client events and gifting strategies • Run local errands such as gift drop-offs, lockbox installs, and post office runs • Track team KPIs using spreadsheets (CTE) • Once licensed: open doors, assist with showings, and help write contracts Qualifications • Strong grammar, writing skills, and professional penmanship • Tech-savvy with CRMs, spreadsheets, and marketing tools • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated • A “figure it out” attitude — takes ownership and follows through • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Willing to obtain a Pennsylvania real estate license • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or administrative support preferred • College degree not required Compensation • $22/hour to start • $25/hour once licensed • $150 bonus for every closed transaction • Bi-weekly pay • Benefits not offered at this time. However, we provide a supportive team culture, flexibility after probation, and real opportunities for long-term growth in real estate.
