Social Media and Marketing Manager – Real Estate | $65,000 + Bonuses | Apex, NC Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for real estate marketing? One of the largest and most dynamic real estate firms in the Triangle is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. We’re searching for someone who can take our brand presence to the next level — someone equally skilled in strategy and design, storytelling and systems. What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate our agents and brand. • Design and manage print, digital, and social media campaigns. • Create engaging content — from listing materials and newsletters to event promotions and highlight reels. • Oversee brand consistency across platforms and marketing materials. • Collaborate with leadership and top-producing agents to deliver high-impact results. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in marketing with a strong portfolio (required). • Real estate marketing experience is a HUGE plus. • Proficiency in graphic design, social media management, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite. • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual identity. • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment.
