This is a ground-floor opportunity to help architect the finance and reporting engine of a platform designed for significant scale. Purpose: We are hiring a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst to be a core member of the Strategic Finance team. This role sits at the center of the consolidated platform’s reporting across MSO entities, law firm financial performance, acquisition integration and normalization, marketing and unit economics analytics, and executive and investor reporting. You will play a key role in building, improving, and scaling our financial reporting and analytics infrastructure. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role with significant exposure to executive leadership. There will be evenings and occasional weekends, particularly around close cycles, acquisitions, board reporting, and capital markets activities. This is a full-time, in-person role in our Chicago office. Compensation for the role is an annual base salary of $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience; plus the role is eligible for competitive year-end discretionary bonus and benefits. Core Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Consolidation Support monthly reporting across the consolidated platform, MSO entities, law firm entities, and corporate cost centers. Standardize P&L mapping across newly acquired firms. Build and maintain scalable monthly reporting templates for acquisitions. Assist in EBITDA normalization and integration adjustments. Improve reporting consistency, auditability, and timeliness. Data Systems & Automation Rebuild and enhance core reporting models for durability and scale. Improve Excel model architecture and reduce manual processes. Develop structured data outputs from accounting systems. Support BI dashboard development and reporting automation initiatives. Create repeatable reporting frameworks to support a growing acquisition base. Strategic & Operational Analytics Analyze marketing spend, CAC performance, fee revenue trends, case velocity, and margin expansion initiatives. Support acquisition underwriting and integration tracking models. Build scenario analyses related to growth, capital structure, and operating leverage. Track performance versus acquisition models and investment theses. Executive & Investor Reporting Support preparation of board and lender reporting materials. Translate operating performance into clear financial insights. Ensure reporting accuracy under compressed timelines. Qualifications: 2–4 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or high-growth operating environments. Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modeling and clean, auditable workbook design. Strong understanding of income statements, cash flow, EBITDA, and multi-entity reporting. Highly detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset. Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally. BI tool exposure (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) preferred. Experience in private equity roll-ups, MSO structures, or professional services businesses preferred. Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
