Candidates should have over 10 years of progressive experience in Customer Service, including at least 4 years in a managerial role. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or relevant certification preferred, and experience in professional services or recruitment is advantageous.

This senior position will lead Customer Service for Keller Executive Search in New York City, United States, shaping strategy, building scalable processes, and partnering across the firm to deliver measurable impact.
