Overview Episcope Hospitality is seeking an experienced, outgoing Event Manager to lead high-profile events from start to finish. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the full event lifecycle client acquisition, planning, operations, and post-event follow-up while managing teams and ensuring seamless execution. You’ll also collaborate closely with marketing and sales to promote events, activate partnerships, and help drive new business. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of private and corporate events, including setup, guest flow, and breakdown. • Oversee operations for events, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless floor management. • Conduct site visits and tastings for prospective clients, showcasing both event capabilities and dining experiences. • Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and staffing plans, aligning with overall restaurant operations. • Collaborate with kitchen, service, and third-party vendors (AV, production, design) to meet client and operational goals. • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional initiatives, highlight offerings, and attract new clientele. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, serving as the operational point of contact. • Supervise, train, and mentor event staff, while supporting overall service team performance. • Oversee inventory and equipment management for both a la carte and events. • Troubleshoot issues on the floor in real-time, making quick and effective operational decisions. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations for both events and daily service. • Manage client communication and post-event follow-up, including invoicing and feedback. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in event and/or restaurant operations in a high-volume hospitality setting. • Strong networking presence and strategy. • Proven ability to manage logistics and teams while maintaining excellent guest experience. • Outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in fast-paced environments. • Experience with event management and POS software (Tripleseat, Toast, SevenRooms, etc.). • Collaborative mindset with sales, marketing, and culinary partners.
