Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for healthcare platform solutions, translating contracts into operational workflows, leading technical teams, and ensuring customer value realization.
7+ years in healthcare technology implementation or solutions engineering, proven leadership in delivering complex solutions, strong communication skills, and healthcare industry knowledge.
Job Summary: We’re seeking a Director of Implementation to own the successful delivery of Keebler Health’s platform for newly signed provider and payer partners. Reporting directly to a Head of Revenue, you will be responsible for translating commercial contracts into live, high-impact clinical and data workflows. In this outcomes-focused role, you’ll lead cross-functional implementation teams—including engineers, data specialists, and clinical operators—to design, build, and deploy customer-specific solutions. You will own go-live success, ensure customers realize value quickly, and then execute a clean handoff to account ownership once implementations are complete. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, revenue realization, and Keebler Health’s ability to scale across high-profile healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for newly signed customers, from contract signature through go-live and handoff to account management. Translate commercial agreements, clinical requirements, and data realities into clear implementation plans and executable workflows. Lead and coordinate engineers, data teams, and clinical stakeholders to design and build customer-specific implementations. Serve as the primary implementation lead and decision-maker for customers, establishing credibility with provider and payer operational, technical, and clinical leaders. Define and own implementation outcomes by setting clear success criteria, timelines, and milestones aligned with business and customer goals. Make tradeoff decisions across scope, sequencing, and technical approach to ensure timely delivery without sacrificing quality or safety. Develop and refine repeatable implementation patterns, tooling, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and scalability over time. Identify implementation risks early and proactively resolve blockers across product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical leadership to continuously improve how Keebler Health delivers value to customers. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or related roles in high-growth healthcare technology environments. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, customer-facing healthcare technology solutions with measurable business outcomes. Experience owning delivery outcomes—not just project execution—including customer go-live success and value realization. Strong ability to mold ambiguous customer needs into a clear, technical and operational plan. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead confidently with customers and internal stakeholders. High sense of accountability to communicate and take honest ownership over wins and losses for both senior leadership and customer stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare technology or value-based care. Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and healthcare compliance (HIPAA). Experience with clinical or operational workflows in provider organizations or risk-bearing entities. Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. Extraordinary sense of humor To Apply: Email careers@keebler.health or submit a resume with: A highly personalized, bold, and hilarious “Keebler Health–style” introduction that grabs attention - outgoing, fun, and uniquely you. Think: confident, high-energy, slightly irreverent (but still professional), with a smart nod to healthcare, value-based care, and the fact that we’re building something real.
