Manage proposal lifecycle, develop content, support business development pipeline, and ensure compliance.
Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field, 3+ years in proposal writing/management for government contracts, understanding of GovCon procurement, proficiency in MS Office and proposal tools.
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can wear multiple hats—proposal management and writing, content development, pipeline support, and marketing—to help us scale and win new business. This position is remote, but may require occasional travel. Key Responsibilities • Proposal Management & Writing • Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle (RFP/RFI analysis, compliance, submission). • Write and edit compelling proposals, white papers, and capability statements. • Organize and maintain proposal content libraries and templates. • Content Development • Create marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces. • Develop persuasive content for RFIs and government capability statements. • Pipeline Support • Assist in managing the business development pipeline. • Research and identify new government contracting opportunities. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and pricing inputs. • Additional Duties • Support branding and marketing initiatives. • Maintain compliance with FAR and agency-specific requirements. • Contribute to process improvements for proposal and BD operations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in proposal writing and management for government contracts. • Strong understanding of GovCon procurement processes and compliance. • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal tools (SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat). • Preferred: Experience in contact center/helpdesk solutions. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
