Must have 2 years of Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PBM Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing pharmacy benefit management data to support decision-making, optimize operations, and improve client outcomes. This role involves working with large datasets, developing reports, and providing insights to various stakeholders. DATA ANALYST ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY Collect, clean, and analyze pharmacy benefit data from various sources. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in PBM data to support operational and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, account management, and sales to interpret data findings. Provide insights and recommendations to improve pharmacy benefit programs and cost management. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations. Support ad-hoc data analysis and special projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 2+years of pharmacy benefits management (PBM) experience in data analytics. Prior experience with formulary coding options and pharmacy network configuration, claims adjudication experience (preferred). Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills, time management, project management, and critical thinking skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated initiative in solving problems, process improvement across departments, tremendous attention to detail, ability to deliver and receive effective feedback Working knowledge of NCPDP standards (preferred) SQL experience (preferred) Highly dependable, ability to shift priorities easily and ability to work in high paced, deadline drive environment
