Our Site based in Garland (Texas), is currently looking for Production Supervisor – Chemical Manufacturing (Making Department) As a Production Supervisor in our Making Department, you will lead daily operations on high-volume production lines within a chemical manufacturing environment. You will ensure that production goals, safety standards, and quality requirements are consistently met. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize manufacturing performance. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Ensure proper material availability, equipment readiness, and schedule execution in collaboration with Planning and Supply Chain teams. Monitor key production metrics (e.g., OEE, KPIs) and generate shift reports. Identify and resolve production issues, proposing schedule or process improvements when needed. Enforce compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and company policies. Support inventory control and material handling processes using FIFO principles and SAP. Foster a positive team environment and support employee development and performance Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision. Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering discipline preferred: Industrial, Mechanical, or related). Specific Knowledge: High-volume manufacturing processes Chemical production operations SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency FIFO systems and material handling Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Join US!
