Supply Chain Program Manager Overview Seeking aProgram Manager to drive supplier-facing schedule management and execution oversight across multiple external partners. This role will maintain detailed action trackers, supplier timelines, and milestone plans while ensuring strong communication and accountability. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update supplier schedules, action trackers, and milestone plans. - Drive follow-up with suppliers to confirm task status, identify risks, and ensure on-time execution. - Develop and manage timelines for builds, packaging, sterilization, metrology, and related activities. - Support integration of supplier schedules into the overall program timeline. - Escalate risks and delays to internal stakeholders. - Communicate clearly across Supply Chain, suppliers, and program teams. Preferred Background - Experience in medical device manufacturing, operations, or regulatory environments. - Exceptional organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. - Comfortable managing multiple suppliers and fast-moving timelines. - Ability to understand technical milestones and critical-path dependencies.
