Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives using advanced analytics tools and collaborate cross-functionally to influence HR strategy.
Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years HR experience, strong analytics skills including Workday, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Only Local and W2 Candidate Requirement • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics or a related field • 5–8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, or talent management • Strong understanding of workforce analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP) • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to influence across levels and collaborate cross-functionally. • Basic understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL for data querying and management, • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
