Job Title: Charles River Everywhere Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote) Duration: 9 Months Key Responsibilities • Configure CRE workflows and UI components, including user journeys, navigations, views, layouts, and role-based entitlements to meet business requirements. • Analyze and optimize advisor-driven business processes, ensuring seamless end-to-end experiences for wealth management users. • Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, translate needs into configuration specifications, and support solution deployment. • Support integration and data flows by validating CRE-related API interfaces and coordinating with technical teams as needed. • Assist in IBOR-related activities, such as reviewing position data, tax lots, and reconciliation workflows, leveraging working knowledge of CRD's Investment Book of Record. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, with strong understanding of advisor-driven workflows and user journeys. • Hands-on experience configuring Charles River Everywhere, including workflows, navigations, views, entitlements, and layout configuration. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across business and technical teams. • Familiarity with CRD/CRE data structures and workflows, including activities posting and reconciliation processes. • Working knowledge of CRD Investment Book of Records (IBOR) and related operational processes (positions, tax lots, custodial reconciliation) is a strong plus.
