You will be joining a network of over over 165 search firms worldwide that are experiencing triple-digit growth! The primary focus of our Business Development / Account Manager: Work independently to create a client base outside of existing clients including, developing a market segment, make contact and present service offerings to potential customers, and securing job orders and signed contracts from potential clients. Manage the client interactions during active search assignments, including candidate/client communications, interview process management, compensation negotiations, and all facets of filling assigned positions Use various tactics to locate, contact, and identify potential new clients based on our existing clients Developing structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the target audience for securing new clients & job orders. Managing company and individual newsfeeds on various social media platforms, i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The benefits of working with our team: With over two decades of experience in the field, we can support your efforts daily in a way that other firms simply can’t.
