Position: Conference Services and Events Coordinator Location: New York, NY Company: Prestigious AM100 Law Firm Comp Package: Salary up to $70K, Paid Overtime, Paid Time Off, Full Benefits, Bonus Eligible, 401K, and More Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Summary Join one of the nation’s most respected law firms as a Conference Services and Events Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for clients, attorneys, and guests. This position places you at the heart of firm operations—coordinating high-profile meetings, client events, and executive conferences in a fast-paced, world-class environment. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and thrives on creating seamless, sophisticated events that reflect the firm’s high standards of excellence. Responsibilities for Conference Services and Events Coordinator: • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and conference room users, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. • Coordinate all meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering, AV requirements, materials, and signage. • Manage reservations and event details using Rendezvous booking software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Provide on-site event support, greeting guests, overseeing logistics, and resolving last-minute needs with professionalism. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to confirm event details and ensure flawless execution. • Maintain organized event records, reports, and layouts using Visio and other internal systems. Qualifications for Conference Services and Events Coordinator: • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, reception, or event coordination. • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Rendezvous, MyKastle, or similar systems preferred. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment. • Polished, dependable, and discreet, with exceptional attention to detail.
