Overview Qualifications: • Goal achievement oriented • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Planning & negotiating skills Ideal Candidate will have: • 3+ years of proven success in sales for real estate, hospitality, or senior living. • Proactive problem solver / Solution oriented • Demonstrated ability to create, manage and close prospects. Responsibilities include: • The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for increasing census and achieving growth by sales planning and accomplishment. Strive to meet or exceed targeted occupancy and sales.* Develop and execute a high performing inbound sales strategy. • The DOS will sell the community by advancing leads thru the sales process with the objective of reaching occupancy goals. • Answer incoming inquiries from families looking for placement information. Obtain discovery regarding their needs and develop strategy from initial inquiry thru final decision. • Build customer focused relationships to advance leads through sales process. * Analyse lead quality, common objectives and sales trends to continually refine strategies. • Manage and exceed daily, weekly, monthly sales goals ensuring a consistent pipeline. • Make outbound calls, emails, text to prospects. Send information and marketing materials. • Plan each customer interaction/ call/ community visit. • Keep all records and interactions current on Salesforce. • Work with Directors to ensure move-in process policy is followed and completed. • Conduct competitive market analysis of area competition. The Village is a 55+ Independent Living community located in Dearborn, Michigan. $70,000 salary + performanced based commission Paid Vacation time, full benefits and holidays off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
