Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager at Kaufman Rossin, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. What You'll Do: - You will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality client services. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to address their accounting needs. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - You will lead client meetings and presentations, communicating complex financial information clearly and effectively. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within the team. - You will ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables, managing multiple projects simultaneously. - You will stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients and the team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services within a public accounting firm. - Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred.
