Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager at Kaufman Rossin, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing accounting services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. What You'll Do: - You will manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to deliver high-quality client services. - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. - You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. - You will manage multiple client engagements, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. - You will stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or client services management. - Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - CPA certification is highly preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a public accounting firm. - Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms. - Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. - Experience with client relationship management (CRM) tools.
