Role Overview: As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality accounting services. What You'll Do: - You will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. - You will manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for accounting services. - You will lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - You will coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will assist in business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentations. - You will stay current with industry trends and accounting standards to provide expert guidance. What You Bring: - You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - You possess a CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification. - You bring at least 5 years of experience in public accounting or client accounting services. - You have strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - You demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. - Prior experience managing a team in a public accounting environment. - Familiarity with tax preparation and advisory services. - Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
